Shipping Policy

One Moment Travel does not ship physical products. All deliverables related to your trip are provided digitally. This policy describes how and when you will receive your documents.

1. What We Deliver

You will receive the following digitally:

  • Confirmed itinerary (PDF / link)
  • Hotel details and contact
  • Flight tickets
  • Transfer and activity details/ Tickets
  • Visa documents (where applicable)
  • Payment invoices and receipts
  • Trip support information

All documents are delivered via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery depends on the booking stage and supplier confirmation:

  • Flight tickets: Within 1–4 hours after payment (for instant fares)
  • Hotel vouchers: Within 24–48 hours after payment
  • Activities & Transfers: Within 24–72 hours
  • Final itinerary kit: 2–3 days before travel
  • Visa documents: Based on embassy timelines

We will always inform you if additional time is required.

3. Incorrect Information Policy

If any document has incorrect traveler details (name, DOB, passport number, dates, etc.):

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • Corrections depend on airline/supplier policies and may involve extra charges.

4. Delivery Failure

If you do not receive your documents within the promised timeline:

  • Contact us at hello@onemomenthq.com or your assigned WhatsApp concierge.
  • We will resend the documents immediately.

5. No Physical Shipping

We do not deliver any physical items via courier or postal services.
All services and products are provided digitally.
